FAQ

Why doesn't this match my in-game rank?
AXSteam Rank is independent — it uses only your public Steam lifetime stats, not Valve's matchmaking or Premier rating. Think of it as a career grade, not a placement rank.
Why is playtime excluded?
Hours played measures dedication, not skill. Someone with 3,000 hours and a 0.7 K/D shouldn't outrank someone with 300 hours and a 1.8 K/D.
When does my rank update?
Every time your profile is visited, and again during the automatic background refresh every 15 minutes. It always reflects your current lifetime stats.
Can I reach Ultra Master?
Yes, but it demands elite performance across every category simultaneously — roughly a 70%+ win rate, 115+ ADR, 60%+ HS%, and 33%+ accuracy, all sustained across thousands of rounds.
